Work was done well. I was told prior to the job that it would take 4 hrs resulting in $600 plus for labor. It in fact the work was completed in 2 hrs, but I was still charged over $600 for the labor. That’s just wrong.

Routine oil change/maintenenance

was not informed that my car was done. after waiting 1 1/2 hrs I ask about it and was told it was done. about 3 hrs later, after I was already home with the car, I got an text message saying my car was not ready yet??????

Outstanding experience! We originally came to test drive a '25 Malibu. The purchase was almost complete when staff brought a '25 Buick Envista Avenir into the showroom. The short story was that we decided on the Buick instead! Although both Doug and Mike had worked diligently and were almost finished with the Malibu paperwork, they were most kind and patient with our change of mind! They stayed past normal dealership hours to take care of us and send us on our way! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with our new car and the staff and service at Pinegar! We would HIGHLY recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for a new car!

I loved the moment that Brian Kenon walked across the parking lot and casually asked if I wanted to test drive the Malibu I was looking at, of course, I did. I had found it online. My hubby and I had researched cars for 3 months. I was stuck between Malibu, Eqenox, and Trax. The Malibu just did not feel right, so Brian was happy to let me test drive all 3 cars. I knew the 2nd I fully saw the black accents on summit white Trax that was my new baby. Brian was amazing and had patience through the whole experience. Adding meeting Mike to get us through our finance experience was effortless. We were done and heading to meet our crazy adult kids at SDC, as that was our true plans for the day by 2pm. Pinegar in Branson feels more like family than strangers after a seamless experience getting my dream Trax now named Pinny. Yes, named after my Pinegar experience.

I bought this truck brand new in 2020, the brakes have always made a groning noise. I told pinegar about it again and they didn't do anything about it. Its embarrassing to drive a truck of this quality and have that kind of noise.

Several issues were diagnosed that we experienced while traveling from Louisiana. Alex greeted us, thoroughly explained the procedure during our appointment. Very personable, professional, and an amazing organized representative. The complete experience was painless, and on time as promised. Every employee was professionally dressed, shop was clean, organized, and well managed. The entire process all the way through the cashier was a pleasant experience. An amazing operation!

Our experience with buying our truck in January 2025 was flawless and enjoyable. The salesperson was knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions, and stayed with us through the process. Unbeknownst to us at the time, we also made contact with the owner in the parking lot who was very familiar with the history of the truck we were considering!! I came to the dealership for my first oil change on my new Acadia. Also had two warning lights , ESC and Brake Assist. I received your text advising that you would keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. I sat for two and a half hours waiting, under the assumption it was being fixed. When I was contacted, it was not fixed and apparently it was necessary to order a part. I understand that. What I don`t understand is the lack of communication. Also not happy that there is no end in sight on the repair, since you don`t apparently have any idea when the part will be available.

I only had an oil change. But they were ready when I got there. Very friendly and excellent service.

Everything went good even after a discrepancy with the tires. How ever, the car ran out of windshield fluid 2 days later and the oil was never changed. Not sure who ever prepared the car forsale. But there were clearly some things over looked. The brakes also only have 30% life left. Only giving a 5 star rating incase it affects someone’s pay realistically 4 star.

Completely terrible experience, didnt fix the problem, didn't reschedule to fix the part that was wrong, their recall. The moment I drove on the property more issues with the vehicle I had just purchased began acting up. The employees, all made me feel out of place, like my money wasn't good enough for them. I contemplated getting in touch with the owner, but I let it go. Still assuming the part that they claimed is on backorder....however I doubt it. I think ill find another certified service tech somewhere else.

The new battery was installed and system checked in a very timely manner and the install cost was less than other local service shops. The battery was of high quality with an excellent warranty. Arrived for appointment request inspection of occasional erratic shifting on the 2019 GMC Terrain with 26092 miles. The Service Advisor, Brian, was very helpful before and after inspecting and road testing without duplicating the occasional shifting error. They were very thorough inspecting and road testing so they did a good job.

I received a reminder email with an incorrect date. Had to call to you to clear up the confusion.

Very comfortable waiting area and prompt service. The customer service person did a nice job of explaining all the work that was completed on my vehicle.

Said they would change out sensor modual in mirror warning light. If it kept failing to pick up vehicles. 2 times before they said there was somehing wrong this time they said they were OK. Don't agree with them. Told them about having to heat control. Up to 80 or above to get warm air. They said that was normal. Just turn to 80 or above then turn down to heat you want. I have never had a vehicle where I had to do that. Also when they brought paper work in to counter I heard them say my name and started to laugh and said good luck made me feel like I was a joke to them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Or that dealer ship.

My vehicle was scheduled for a 6-8 hour service appointment. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle. They went above and beyond in getting service done. I was shown how worn my tires were. I mentioned that I was going to be leaving for an 8 hour drive for Christmas to see family. They strongly recommended new tires. None were in stock so they completed the repairs in time for me to go get tires put on before the close of business. Sales and service folks exemplified true caring and professionalism! They made sure my car was safe!

The price for an oil change was so much more than in the I past so I couldn't get my tires rotated. The lady that took my money was not very pleasant. I have been dissatisfied with Penigar from the day I bought the 2025 Trax. I was lied to by Alex. I have mentioned it in the past but evidently lying is allowed. We have been with Penigar for years so i am very disappointed from that day forward. Thank You Dawn Youngs
